Continuous and regular practice
We start with a series of simple exercises which help to prepare oneself for further Movements practice.
The exercises should be quite simple, but we'll give three levels for beginners, more-experienced and well-experienced practitioners - that nobody will be overwhelmed or bored.
It is reasonable and helpful to have at least a little bit of Movements experiences in a real class with a real Movements teacher.
Practicing theses exercises does not replace any teaching or group work.
It is simply as an inspiration and encouragment - in addition for your very personal attempts tp establish and maintain a regular practice which involves some basic elements of the Movements - to be ready, prepared, warmed up and comitted for the next group work - with the teacher and seminar of your choice.
