Gurdjieff's Cosmology and Teachings and the Movements - The Enneagram as a Living Process ModelWe warmly invite all those interested in spirituality - whether they have prior knowledge of Gurdjieff's teachings or not.
This seminar serves as both an introduction to the Gurdjieff teachings and an opportunity for those already more familiar with them.
The thematic presentation of key elements of the teachings offers insights and provides new or more profound ideas and inspiration.
The practical experience of practicing and performing Gurdjieff movements allows to directly experience central aspects of the teachings in a very impressive and effective way.
Together, we will learn and practice a selection of Gurdjieff Movements and exercises – with Vanya playing live on the piano.
On Saturday, the spiritual themes and content will be presented and discussed in detail – with the opportunity to ask questions and raise personal concerns, which will be addressed in a more detailed, individual response.
The movements and practical exercises will be practiced – and we will have the opportunity to experience together the impressive and uplifting effects of the Gurdjieff Movements.
On Saturday, we will embark on a shared process of exploration, learning, and new experiences.
Sunday is the day for deepening, completing, and concluding the experience.
On Sunday, selected topics and aspects can be discussed in greater depth or with clarification - or there can be a joint exchange about personal experiences, questions and concerns.
We will revisit the Movements from the previous day and experience how the practice is imprinted within us, unfolds its effects, and, together with the experiences from the previous day, has already fostered a much more personal relationship with our bodies and our being, enabling us to connect with ourselves anew.
